How To: Mark a Provider Absent from a Session

  • When absent from a previously scheduled session, open the session from your calendar and select the "Provider Absent" icon.

  • Next, select one of the listed reasons for the absence or type one in the blank section. Then select Save.

  • Now you can save and post the session.
