X Logs users that require professional oversight either due to the Medicaid, Special Ed or District Admin rules, will see "Save and Submit" versus "Save and Post" when editing sessions. When the user has finished the editing the session details, they can select "Save and Submit" and the session will be submitted to their Team Lead for review. The session will then turn blue on the calendar indicating the session has been submitted. If the Team Lead has questions about the session, the session will turn red in the calendar or if Team Lead approves the session, then session will turn green.
